Governing Law

Jurisdiction and Venue
You waive all rights to trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE and/or the Web Site. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE and/or the Web Site shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the defense of forum non conveniens. If the arbitration requirement is challenged or not upheld then such challenge and any other litigation must be in the state courts in St. Louis County Missouri, or the federal courts in St. Louis, Missouri.
